    Customer Reviews

Needs better firmware and intergration with windows

    Review by V. Shah, 2008-04-20

I got this device at a really good price of $115.
The storage unit works fine if it is attached to the computer but if you want to really use it as NAS, look for another product.
I have been trying to set this up with my windows network and I am able to connect at times and most of the time it would say storage not found, even though I can ping the device.
Another caveat is if you try to use it as a print server, and printer is off, Windows will try to check for the printer and if its not found, programs like Word keep crashing, this happened to me several times, I just don't use it as a print server anymore.
